Aristata Tell-a-Pal Referral Program

How It Works

Customers can create a referral link under My Account > Tell-a-Pal Referral Program. By sharing this link with friends or on social media:

• The referred person creates an account via the link.
• When the referred person places and pays for their first order above R500, both the referrer and the referred party receive R30 in website points.
• These points can be redeemed at checkout for purchases on the Aristata Boekwinkels website.

Aristata Tell-a-Pal Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Aristata Tell-a-Pal Referral Program allows existing customers ("Referrers") to invite friends ("Referred Friends") to shop with us. Both the Referrer and the Referred Friend earn points when the Referred Friend places their first qualifying order exceeding a specified limit. The program is available exclusively for online transactions on the Aristata Boekwinkels website.

2. Eligibility
The Referrer must have an active Aristata Boekwinkels account. The Referred Friend must not have an existing Aristata Boekwinkels account and must register using the Referrer’s unique referral link or code.

3. Reward Points
Points are credited to both the Referrer and the Referred Friend once the Referred Friend’s order is confirmed and meets the minimum spend requirement. Points earned are non-transferable and can only be used as online currency on the Aristata Boekwinkels website.

4. Changes to Reward Structure
Aristata Boekwinkels reserves the right to modify the number of points awarded per referral at any time without prior notice. Any points earned before changes to the reward structure will remain in the user's account and will not be recalculated under the new structure.

5. Redeeming Points
Points can be redeemed against eligible purchases on the Aristata Boekwinkels website. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.

6. Fraudulent Activity
Referrers and Referred Friends found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, including creating multiple accounts, will forfeit their points and may be removed from the referral program.

7. General Terms
Aristata Boekwinkels reserves the right to terminate or modify the Tell-a-Pal Referral Program at any time without notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes to the terms and conditions.
